4. Precautions for the use of broken hammer
1. Do not hit continuously, the shank and the piston are easy to grind, the hydraulic oil temperature
is too high. Each strike is best controlled in 30 seconds, the longest not exceeding 1 minute, a rock
that cannot be broken, to change the position of the strike;
2. It is not easy to break the beaten object, and to crack the crushing and dissection from the edge.
3. Before operating in water, it must be equipped with air pressure piping to check whether the
hydraulic oil is cloudy;
4. Do not touch the drill bit after the broken work, avoid scalding;
5. The guide sleeve should keep a certain distance from the hit object to avoid dust entering the
broken hammer;
6. Prevent the operation of the oil cylinder of the big arm of the excavator to avoid the failure of
the oil cylinder;
7. Check the float of the brazing rod, and check the rod and its clearance when too large;
8. In the crushing operation, always check the vibration of the hose. If the hose jitter, stop the
operation immediately and check the high and low nitrogen pressure.
5. Storage of broken hammer
1. When the broken hammer is taken from the excavator for storage, to prevent the water
from entering, it is necessary to keep the back of the cylinder block high, preferably in a room
with low humidity. A broken hammer, which is not used for a long time, can cause the piston
to rust, leak oil and so on. When disassembled, the hydraulic system is closed with the plug
to prevent the foreign body from entering the hydraulic system.
2. Keep the nitrogen in storage for a long time. At the same time, pay attention to the rust
of the piston, release the cylinder nitrogen, push the piston to the bottom with the top lever,
